What is a Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA)?

A Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA) allows you to be reimbursed on a pre-tax basis for qualifying dependent care expenses. Your DCRA contributions may be used to pay for the care of your children or qualified dependents so you (and if you're married, your spouse) can work. They may also be used so that your spouse may attend school full-time while you work.
